3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

UAE-wide delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (free shipping may apply).
4. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Rental Products (For Lux Edit)
- To place your luxury items for rent on our platform, email us at info@shop-it-uae.com

Peer-to-peer renting includes no storage of the items, they are delivered directly from the owner to the renting customer

Rentals require an Emirates ID and a refundable deposit.

Items must be returned in the same condition. Late returns or damage may incur fees.

SHOPit UAE reserves the right to withhold part of the deposit in such cases.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content, logos, and images are owned by SHOPit UAE or licensed and may not be used without permission.
7. Liability
SHOPit UAE is not liable for indirect damages resulting from product misuse or third-party delays.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled under UAE law.
